Customized Training Plans
Are you training for a goal race? I offer customized training plans for all distances through the marathon. This option includes an initial phone call to discuss your running history and goals, and will result in a customized 20-week training plan.

Personalized Run Coaching
Do you want a more personalized, adaptable run coaching experience? This option offers a personalized running plan developed from our initial phone call to discuss your history and goals. It will be updated on a weekly basis and can be modified as needed if your schedule (with work, family, and other obligations) necessitates a change. We’ll also touch base monthly to see how things are going and talk about race strategy (pacing, fueling, etc.)
$150/month for a minimum of 4 months
Not ready to commit?
Trial Training Plan
Trial a two-week training plan before committing to the full 20-week plan. This option will still include a phone call to discuss your running history so that I can keep that in mind while creating this mini-plan. After the two weeks, we will schedule a follow-up phone call to discuss if you’d like to move forward!

Trial Personalized Run Coaching
Trial Personalized Run Coaching for two weeks before committing to a monthly plan for 4 months. This option will still include all of the above features, with the exception of the monthly touch-base. After the two weeks, we will schedule a follow-up phone call to discuss if you’d like to move forward!
