I love working with Emily. She's passionate, knowledgeable and encouraging. After great runs, she congratulates and outlines ideas for advancement. After bad runs, she empathizes and discusses ideas for changes, if needed. And in the event of an injury, she modifies to make a plan that maintains strength and cardio before returning to running. I feel really lucky to have Emily as a running coach. I'm excited to reach my running goals through Emily's coaching.
